What Network should I choose?

If you plan to keep the same Network for the life of the device, you can choose the Carrier Locked option for your Network or an unlocked option. If you plan to switch Networks or take the device outside of the United States, we recommend purchasing an unlocked device. If you are not sure which Network to choose, please send us a message.

I chose the correct Network for me; how do I activate the device?

Install your Network SIM card in the device. Orders do not include SIM cards because they carry information specific to your plan and allow your device to connect with your Network. If you do not already have a SIM card or your current one is not working, go to your local Network store for activation assistance.

I chose a Carrier Locked Network, can I unlock the device to use on a different Network?

No, our Carrier Locked devices are locked to the specific carrier you choose and cannot be unlocked. We do not have access to the information necessary for unlocking. The device will only activate on the chosen Network.

Our specialized testing team checks the key functions of each device using our proprietary testing process ensuring that your device arrives fully functional and ready for use.

Are your devices water resistant?

We do not guarantee water resistance on any of our devices.

My device developed a defect, can you fix it?

If your device arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days, send us a message. Our trained technicians offer FREE repairs!

I want my money back, what do I do?

Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.

Can you ship a replacement to me?

No, our eBay store is not set up for exchanges. You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days and order again or return your device for a free repair if applicable.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship via expedited USPS Priority Mail from Lawrence, Kansas within 1 business day. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days in the continental United States. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship free via expedited USPS Priority Mail.

What countries do you ship to?

For customers outside of the United States, we ship using the eBay Global Shipping Program. If your country is part of that program, then we can ship to you! You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.

What is and is not included in my order?

Orders include the purchased device and a generic wall charger and cable. Orders do not include the original box, original accessories, or SIM card.

Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?

No, we have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.

Can you send me the IMEI of my device?

Yes, after you receive your shipment confirmation send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
